The workouts in this program are so fun that I actually find myself doing some of the moves in the kitchen when I’m cooking and listening to my favorite tunes on the radio. The first workout was only 28 minutes long (All of the workouts are around 28-50 minutes long) and I burned over 300 calories per workout as you will see in my complete Cize review below.
